Episode 052

Drink of the day: Monaco margaritas: Passion fruit, twisted lime, and watermelon. 
Jones’s internet has been out for a week. He has several words for his ISP. He’s mad as hell and won’t take it anymore. He is also mad at his cell phone provider. He has beef will all telecom companies this week.  He also reviews a new local Italian restaurant. Spoiler alert, it was not good. We plead for restaurants to make their food from scratch. 

Episode 051

Drink of the day: Monaco Fight Night  Grapefruit crush, Knockout punch, and Strawberry Hard lemonade.
Jones and Blanco discuss what 3 people they would have dinner with if given the chance. That lead to which 3 presidents we want to have dinner with.  That leads us to discussing BORG. Kids these days know how to get down. They are not scared of alcohol poisoning. We talk sports as usual. We are both reserving opinion on the optical tracking for line to gain. The schedule also gets a bit of attention. Blanco does not hold back on his feelings toward NFL scheduling officials.

Drink of the day: Gin and Juice by Dre and Snoop.
Blanco and Jonesy are back at the bar. The conversation centers around rap beefs. We discuss some of our favorite rap beefs over the years and how they compare to the Kendrick/Drake beef.

Drink of the day: Waterbird Ranch water, Hardbody, Tequila Pineapple.
Blanco and Jonesy are back at the bar. We catch up on life. We go off on a tangent.  We share some Gentlemen’s club stories. We coin a new phrase, MIDF. Jonesy shares a ghost story. He ran into someone he thought had died. We also discuss a cardinal sin, don’t mess with people’s food. It’s not funny. On a bright sports note, we would both love for the Chiefs to come to Kansas. Tuff Tony attended his first RAW with Jonesy. 
 

Episode 048 The NFL Draft

Drink of day: Cowboy Dessert 1 oz bourbon, 1 oz Carmel vodka, top with root beer. 
Jones and Blanco went live for the first 13 picks of the 2024 NFL Draft. We gave some predictions on the first 5 picks and commentary on all as they were announced. We are both thankful that our division rivals are terrible at drafting.

Drink of the Day: Southern Delight 1.5 oz Jack Daniels, .5 oz Jack Honey, .5 oz Southern Comfort, 1 oz lime juice.
The Fatties are back in the bar with another Sunday edition of the podcast. We recap our weekends and talk about current events. We give the full breakdown of why McDonald’s has the best coke. It’s more complex than a secret ingredient. Red Lobster is broke and considering filing for bankruptcy. It breaks our hearts but it happens. We share a story of what can happen when you consume food from a dirty restaurant. Hint, it’s really bad. We discuss what is possibly the worst wedding gift ever. People are nasty. Some light sports talk including the new Kelce game show and the Lions alternate uniforms. We give some love to the Royals because they are playing really well.

Drink of the day: Lake Erie Monster is equal parts blue caraco, Malibu rum, Disarano, Red Bull.
Jonesy and Blanco are back at the bar watching The Master’s and talking about the topics de jour. Shocker, we love bubble gum flavored medicine and need more of that in our lives. We hate dynamic pricing and need less of it. Fast food is trying to join the dynamic game and it will lose them customers not boost profits. For the love of God, stop hating at breakfast. We go off on a tangent about our top 5 favorite cookies. As always we don’t steer clear of of tough topics. We will tell you if you’re wiping too much. We can save you from unnecessary butt hurt. Sports talk is all about the Master’s and the red hot Royals.

Drink of the day: Mexican 75  2 oz tequila, 4 oz champagne, 1 oz lime juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup.
Blanco and Jonesy are back from a 2 week hiatus. We recap our Easter holiday experiences. Jonesy tells the tale of how the Easter episode almost killed him. We fight back against the malicious attack on Red Lobster. The Fatties pull no punches on the scandalous article. We help settle an AITAH debate. We open sports with the bracket challenge standings. Spoiler, we suck. We give our takes on the failed sales tax vote. We were not surprised by the outcome. The Fatties are in agreement, the window is closed for the Buffalo Bills.

Drink of the day: Holy Water 1 oz vodka, 1 oz light rum, .5 oz blue curaçao, .5 oz peach schnapps, 4 oz lemonade, splash of pineapple juice. 
This episode is an Easter special with special guest Sierra Franks. She is a photographer from the Topeka area that did a photo shoot for the Fatties. We talk to Sierra about her love for photography. We do a review on “Fresh Donuts” in KCK. We also try A LOT of Easter candy. Some of it was great. Some were awful. We tried them so you don’t have to. Enjoy!

Drink of the day: Apple Jack 2 oz Jack Daniels, top with apple juice or sparkling apple cider.
It’s another day at the bar. Jonesy and Blanco catch up after being off for a couple weeks. We discuss if we want to be a fat guy in a little house. Blanco found out that Peppa Pig is rude. Which led to a discussion on things you should not do or say to others. As always we talk a little sports. NFL free agency is in full swing and it’s going well for the Chiefs.
